What do I need to know about shipping?

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 10-12 business days.  If your product is personalized or customized it may take a little longer to prepare and ship out.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Due to Covid-19 and it's impact on many shipping services some packages are taking longer than usual to arrive. We are still processing them on the normal timeline but the timeliness of them shipping to you may be a little longer than usual. All the carriers are experiencing delays. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Flat rate- $4.99 for orders up to $59.99. Orders over $60.00 qualify for free shipping.

We ship all orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Products are shipped from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Delivery times will vary based on delivery address. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You can request local pick-up or delivery during checkout.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Jolly Oliver ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (Mainland). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Territories. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Jolly Oliver is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Address

Jolly Oliver is not responsible for orders that are placed with an incorrect shipping address. If you notice an error in address and your order is still in pre-shipment, send us a note ASAP to jollyolishop@gmail.com and we will adjust it. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.

Lost Orders

Jolly Oliver is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to carrier error. That said, if your package is lost please let us know and we will work with you to locate your package and make it right.

Damages

If any merchandise arrives damaged due to our shipment, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, or reimburse you for the item. Send us an email at jollyolishop.com and we’ll make it right.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the contiguous U.S.

What should I do about returns & exchanges?

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jollyolishop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
